Ingredients
- 4 Cooked skinless, boneless chicken halves
- 1/2 Cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp curry powder
- 1/4 Tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 Cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 Cup chopped red pepper
- 1 Cup peeled & chopped apple
- 1/2 Cup seedless grapes
- 1/4 Cup roasted almonds
Directions
- In a medium bowl, chop chicken, combine with mayonnaise, curry, & pepper.
- Add apple, grapes, almonds, celery & bell pepper.
- Mix well until well coated.
