Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup white sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- salt, black, and hot pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine chicken, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Add wine sauce but keep mixture firm.
- Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hr.
- Form mixture into patties and coat with flour.
- Dip in eggs then bread crumbs.
- Fry in oil pan until both sides are golden brown.
