GINGER RICE BALLS RECIPE

Ginger Rice Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/4 Cup pickled ginger
• 2 Cups cooked sushi rice
• 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
• 1/4 Cup soy ginger glaze
How to make Ginger Rice Balls:
Prepare sushi cakes by using a rice mould.
Make a hole in the sushi cake and fill it with two sushi ginger slices.
Seal the hole and leave for five minutes.
Heat a grill and glaze the rice ball.
Grill them until golden. Turn the balls, glaze and grill again.
Ready to serve.
