- 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
- 3 Tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 25g/1oz Butter
- 8 Plaice Fillets
- 60ml/2 fl.oz. White Wine
- Salt & pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4.
2. Fry the Tomatoes and chives in the butter for a few minutes then pour into a greased ovenproof dish.
3. Fold each fillet in three, lay them on the tomato mixture and pour over the wine. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
