Swedish Oven Pancake


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Blend everything together.

    Pour in 30x40cm big oven tray.
  3. 3
    Bake at 225°C for 25 minutes.
