AIOLI RECIPE

Aioli Recipe

Aioli is usually served with seafood and meat, it can also be used as a salad dressing. Learn how to make/prepare Ayoli by following this easy recipe.


Ingredients:



• 2 Egg yolks
• 4 Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1 Cup olive oil
• A pinch salt
How to make Aioli:
Blend garlic along with the egg yolks and salt.
Add olive oil gradually to it, stirring vigorously by the hand, or with a mixer.
Aioli is ready to serve.
