Method :
- * Use the best, really fruity, extra-virgin
- Arrange fillets in a single layer in a shallow broiling pan. Combine lemon juice, oil, and seasonings. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. broil 5-6 minutes, or more, without turning, until fish flakes easily. (Don't overcook)
- Four servings, under 125 calories each.
