1 | lrg | onion, sliced |
1 | tsp | salt |
1 | tbl | flour |
1 | cup | orange juice |
1/2 | cup | sweet Concord Passover wine |
1/4 | tsp | pepper |
- Brown meat in Dutch oven or heavy roasting pan.. If meat is very lean, use a little oil to brown. Add sliced onion and brown. Sprinkle salt, pepper andflour onto meat. Add orange juice and wine to pan.
- Cover and roast at 350 degrees for about 3 hours or until tender or cook on stove over medium heat for same length of time.
- Serves 8-10.
